i was just thinking how stupid it is that someone wouldn't hire another because of something stupid like hair color. my hair is currently pinkish red and it's ridiculous, this world.
we have set this "norm" for ourselves when we didn't have to.

i wonder if this just americans, tho. europeans seem more easy going and realize that you have to live your life how you want to, not how society wants you to.
americans tell everyone how we should "express our individuality" and how we "value" it. screw that. no we don't. we're just saying that so we look good, like how people recycle something once just so they look like they care about the earth.
we should actually enforce these ideas, not just talk about it.

i know i already said this, but the world really does set a lot of limitations on everyone.
i won't set that on myself. nope. im going to live my life how i want to.

my friend today was complaining and talking about another friend of mine who "does drugs". she was calling her really, just... unflattering things. and honestly? this is what i mean. who CARES if she wants to do drugs? let her do what she wants to do right now. that's HER choice, not yours. and just because she does drugs doesn't mean she's a bad person or any less important than you. in fact, i think shes a lot nicer than you are. people just... they don't consider others. (referring to my friend who was talking about the other)
